Making a Complaint

We work to high standards and we hope that this is reflected in how we work with you.  However, if you are not satisfied with an action or decision taken by a member or staff or a failure to take action or make a decision by a member of staff then you can complain.

We take all complaints very seriously and aim to resolve them as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.  We therefore encourage complainants to follow an informal process in the first instance.

In making a complaint please be reassured that this process will not result in any change to your order nor will you be treated differently as a result of making a complaint.
