Working in partnership to protect the public and reduce reoffending
CRCs were formed as a result of the government's Transforming Rehabilitation programme which split the existing 35 Probation Trusts into two parts - a National Probation Service and 21 CRCs. Warwickshire and West Mercia merged to become Warwickshire and West Mercia Community Rehabilitation Company (WWMCRC).
We are part of the criminal justice system and work in partnership with the National Probation Service, police, prisons and courts. We also work with local authorities, health and voluntary sector organisations.
We work directly with offenders to tackle the causes of their offending behaviour and help them to stop re-offending. Our aims are to:
Find out about our Senior Managers and their responsibilities
Find out about our Board Members and details of Board meetings
Find out more about our commitment to equality and diversity
